RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product arrives defective, damaged, not functioning properly, or with manufacturing issues.
Examples include:

Motor or electronic functions do not work properly

Product arrives with manufacturing defects

To be eligible for a defective product return:

The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

Proof of the defect must be provided (photos/videos)

The item must be returned in its original condition

The product must not show signs of use beyond basic inspection

The product must not show signs of customer-caused damage, misuse, washing, modification, excessive handling, or wear
Opening the packaging for inspection purposes is acceptable. However, the product itself must remain in new and resellable condition unless the reported issue is directly related to a manufacturing defect or malfunction.
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If our inspection determines that the product was used, manipulated, damaged by the customer, or does not present the originally reported defect, the return request may be denied.
If your return request is approved, the product must be returned to us before any refund is issued. Customers are required to send the item back following the instructions provided by our support team.
We also offer a 15-day return window for customer remorse or order cancellation requests. This applies if you changed your mind after receiving the item.
To qualify for a non-defective return:

The product must be in its original packaging and original condition

All tags, accessories and included items must be intact
Opened, used, damaged, washed, altered, or incomplete items will not qualify for a refund under customer remorse returns.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

The issue is caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear

Insufficient proof of the issue is provided

The returned item does not match the original order

The item is returned in unacceptable condition

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete the return process for the original item and place a new order separately.
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be unused, in original packaging, in resellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to partially refund or deny refunds if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.
