Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and payment information.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including shipping charges and applicable fees.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated standard shipping times are approximately 3-12 business days depending on destination and carrier performance.

Hushie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities or incorrect customer information.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and customs requirements.

Any customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees or brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

If a package is verified as lost by the carrier, we may, at our discretion:

  • replace the order

  • reship the product

  • or provide another reasonable resolution

Hushie IS NOT THE MANUFACTURER OF PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THE SERVICES.

IN ALL CASES, Hushie’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hushie, Shopify and affiliated parties from claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the Services

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your violation of applicable laws

  • fraudulent activity or disputes initiated by you

SECTION 17 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Hushie is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, all purchases are made directly with Hushie and not Shopify.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages or liabilities related to purchases made through our store.

SECTION 18 - TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services at any time without notice for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse.

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
