At Hushie, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions or unexpected logistical delays, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our estimated standard shipping time is approximately 3-12 business days depending on destination and local carrier performance.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Certain factors outside our control may cause delays, including:

  • customs processing

  • carrier delays

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • high shipping volume

  • supply chain disruptions

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a significant delay occurs, our team will make reasonable efforts to contact affected customers and provide updates whenever possible. We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or affected by a verified carrier issue, please contact us at:

While Hushie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs agencies, or events outside our control, we will work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue and assist you to the best of our ability.

In verified cases of carrier loss, we may, at our discretion:

  • replace the order

  • reship the product

  • or provide an appropriate resolution depending on the situation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information and addresses entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Hushie is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Hushie is not responsible for theft, mailbox issues, insecure delivery locations, or customer handling of the package after delivery confirmation.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for complying with their local laws, import regulations, and customs requirements before placing an order.

Hushie is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities or local import agencies.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable and additional reshipping fees may apply.
